Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will not be charged.
*However - if you made your reservation through a 3rd party, such s Expedia or Booking.com or others, you will have to cancel through them! You may be entitled to a refund based on how early you cancel and what the stipulations of your reservation were. That is between you and them.
Check-In is: 4:00PM But your parking should be available at 12:00PM.
Check-out is: Anytime before 11:00AM Late check-out fees will apply.
Parking: Self-Parking fee of $20.00 per car, per night. We offer 1 parking space per room, for guests only.
You park at your own risk.
Smoking Policy: Our guest rooms are smoke-free, should evidence of smoking be found in your room during, or after your checkout, we reserve the right to charge a $250.00 cleaning charge to the credit card on file.
Disruption: Should you or anyone in your room disturb other guests at any time, we reserve the right to have you immediately removed from the property by the police, and without a refund.

Pet(s) must be registered with the front desk for a fee of $30.00 per/pet, per/night. Should we find evidence of an undisclosed pet in your room the card on file will be charged the $30.00 fee for each pet, for each night of your stay with us. Be sure the phone number you gave is the one with you.
*American Disabilities Act (ADA) Qualified Service dogs are welcomed as required by law.*
Emotional Support dogs are welcome with the payment of the usual Pet Fee.

This law passed in 2015 classifies misrepresenting a dog as a service animal as a second-degree misdemeanor. Those who are caught breaking the law face a $500 fine and up to 60 days in jail.
Please:
- Pets must be vaccinated
- Pets must be well-behaved and get along with other pets and human guests
- Your pet must be quiet if left unattended in the room
- You must have liability insurance
- Please have your pet on a leash at all times (City ordinance)
- Your pet must be housebroken
- There are several grassy lots in our immediate area to walk your pet

How to avoid Extra Housekeeping Charges:
If your pet is accustomed to lying on furniture or beds, we ask you to bring blankets, or sheets to protect the hotel’s furnishings. Pets must not be bathed in the bathtubs or showers at any time. Any pet damage to the furnishings, fixtures, or room contents will be your responsibility including additional cleaning fees.
Guest’s pets are expected to be well-behaved and quiet, even when in the room. We request you provide us with an active mobile phone number so that we may contact you. The hotel reserves the right to terminate occupancy without refund if this policy is broken and a disturbance persists.
